The fin de siècle and the main cultural trends of the twentieth
century.
532 The European State System 1914-Present:
Wartime diplomacy, the nature of the peace, the League of Nations, the
collapse of the Versailles System, the Rise of the Axis, the Grand Coalition
of Anti-Fascist States.
804 Interdisciplinary Western European Area Studies Seminar:
825 Seminar-19th & 20th Century Europe:
The diplomatic, political, economic and social aspects of European imperialism
since 1815.

Labor movements, socialism, and the growth of social thought; topics change
