International Development Concentration

Like many other concentration area students, past international development PFMP students have worked with mentors from our External Advisory Board–in these cases, mentoring was in democracy movement development, disaster management, refugees’ rights, land tenure and natural resource management, and the credit union movement in developing countries.  This in addition to the tailored individual research our graduate-level French courses are known for, plus the specialized professional skills workshops given only to small groups of PFMP students in skill areas prized by international development agencies, companies, and NGOs.
